The hotel is perfectly situated for business travelers, offering superb customer service and an ideal location near the heart of Accra. The rooms were on the small side, but the breakfast was decent. However, lacking amenities like convenient charging outlets and responsive elevators could be frustrating.
Upon arriving, the hotel's rooms weren't in the best condition and seemed not properly maintained. However, within a few minutes, I noticed that they had all the amenities I needed, including an iron for my shirts/dresses. Overall, the rooms were good.
